Microbite Image Converter Pro

I bought Microbite Image Converter recently and I've been blown away by both the plugin functionality and the outstanding customer service.
I installed the plugin on an older website that contained about 800 jpg & png images, many of which were oversized—the database was enormous. Initially, I ran into some issues where some of the images did not convert and others appeared broken. I reached out through the plugin website and immediately received a response with potential fixes. When those suggestions didn't work, they took a deeper look and identified the problem as low memory allocation by my hosting provider and not an issue with the plugin at all.
The excellent service didn't stop there. Even though the issue was not attributable to the plugin, they took full ownership of the issue and worked on it until it was completely resolved. The plugin functionality is outstanding and the customer service is even better!
